跟國外客戶或是母公司Con-call開會總是一件令人壓力非常大的事，今天教你幾句開會時來提出疑問的實用英文，馬上搖身一變變成英文會議達人，震驚四方同事以及客戶！
✏️ 禮貌地打斷來澄清意思
“Excuse me, but just to clarify…” 「不好意思，只是想釐清一下……」
clarify本就是澄清闡明的意思，要釐清意思可以用上這個動詞，也可以說Just to be clear…來讓雙方理解的誤會消除。
“I didn’t quite catch that, could you explain it again?”「我剛剛不太了解你的意思，可以請您再解釋一次嗎？」
catch可以指聽到，如果是聽不清楚對方講的話，可以用上這句話，後面的explain則是解釋的意思。
“Sorry for interrupting, but…” 「不好意思打斷你了，但是……」
你也可以直說這句話，interrupt當作動詞就是打斷別人的意思。
“I don’t fully understand what you mean. Could you put it from a different angle?”「我不太了解你的意思，可以用另一個角度解釋一下嗎？」
put是放置的意思，這裡用來指把事情用一個不同的角度來說明一下。
✏️ 詢問意見
“Are there any comments that you’d like to share?” 「有什麼意見想法願意跟大家分享一下的嗎？」
comment是評論的意思，可以用來詢問大家的想法或是意見。
“What do you think about this proposal?” 「對這份提案有什麼看法？」
最直接的就是用think about來諮詢別人的意見。
“Any final thoughts?”「還有什麼想提出來討論的嗎？」
thought當作想法或是思想的意思，final則是最後的意思，會議的最後可以用上這一句來詢問大家還想討論的主題。
情境對話：
A: Sorry! Just to be clear that this graph is showing the data from last year, but not this year. 抱歉，只是想弄清楚，這張表是去年的資料，不是今年的，對吧？
B: Yes, I still haven’t received this year’s data from the client. 對，我還沒從客戶那收到最新的資料。
A: I got it. Thank you. 我明白了，謝謝。
B: Then are there any comments that you’d like to share? 那你有沒有什麼看法想要提出來分享一下？
A: No. I think the graph shows every detail that I’d like to know. 這張表說明了一切我所需要知道的資訊。
B: Alright. Any final thoughts? Everyone?那大家還有什麼想提出來討論的嗎？
C: I think we are running a bit late. So, I think if there are any further questions or discussions, we can meet privately, or I’ll just send you an email. 我想我們會開得有點超出時間，所以如果有其他問題，我想就大家私下約時間討論或是直接寄電子郵件就好了。
B: No problem. That’ll be all. Thank you.沒問題，那今天就到這邊，感謝大家。
