【發票收據英文】比較invoice和receipt兩者的用途及含義
在多益考題中我們常看到以下這兩個字：“receipt" 和 "invoice" 都是與交易和支付相關的檔，但它們在用途和含義上略有不同。我們今天就來徹底談論一下。
- receipt 收據
最簡單明瞭的就是我們平常去商店買東西，店家給我們的『收據』，就是 receipt。 我們常搞混是因為我們常稱這東西為『發票』。所以receipt是一份證明付款已經完成或貨物已經交付的檔。通常由銷售方提供給買方，以確認收到付款或商品。收據上通常包括交易日期、付款金額、商品或服務的描述以及銷售方的資訊。通常receipt都要收好，以作為 proof of purchase（購買憑證）。

2 invoice 發票
"Invoice" 是銷售方向買方發出的一份帳單，詳細列出了已提供的商品或服務的費用。它通常在商品或服務交付之前發送，要求買方支付款項。發票上通常包括銷售方和買方的資訊、交易日期、商品或服務的描述、數量和價格以及支付條款。
The company sent an invoice to the client for the consulting services provided last month.
公司向客戶發送了上個月提供的諮詢服務的發票。
The company issued an invoice to the client for the recent shipment of products.
公司向客戶開具了最近一批產品的發票。
The company issued an invoice to the client for the delivery of goods ordered last week.

因此，"receipt" 通常用於證明付款已經完成或商品已經交付，是客戶收到商品或服務後由供應商提供的檔。而 "invoice" 則是由供應商發給客戶的帳單，列明已提供的商品或服務的費用，要求客戶支付款項。
