
英文履歷自傳怎麼寫?模範英文履歷表6大重點,升學求職都適用!
轉眼間又到了畢業求職季,相信許多人已蓄勢待發,開始物色適合自己的工作。然而在國際化的世代,一份好的英文履歷(CV)是加分必備,更不用說想進熱門外商公司,一份排版好、用語簡潔切題的履歷,更能讓你脫穎而出,現在我們就來看看在撰寫英文履歷時,哪些「眉角」需要注意。
首先,一份理想的履歷應避免冗長贅述,而是用「條列式」扼要列出背景經歷。其中可細分為六大部分。
Part 1: 大名、電話、郵件、地址
英文履歷與中文履歷最大不同,就是前者很多時候不需要照片,因此僅需要簡單列出聯絡資料,格式可選置中看起來更正式。

Part 2: 附上年份,學歷程度(學士為BA, 碩士為MA)、主修科系、甚至上過的課程、學校 (與該職位相關), 都可以選擇對自己最有利的列出,如下:
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
2011 – 2014 BA in Accountancy & Management, University of Funday
Modules studied include global business environment and introduction to marketing, marketing strategy, corporate and business strategy and human resource management.
Part 3: 工作經歷、職稱、公司大名,所在城市等等,與Part 2 類似,只是要以條列式列出工作內容(從最重要的開始列)。注意:若已經離職,但撰寫工作內容時記得要用「過去式」。
MARKETING EXPERIENCE
Jul 2012 – Aug 2013 Marketing Assistant, Enterprise Rent-a-car, Taipei
Responsible for collating sales data and producing weekly and monthly management reports, including market share analysis.
Worked in team of six, contributing to updating of new car hire brochure and liaised with printers and distributors on regular basis.
Achieved weekly targets, worked to tight deadlines and managed priorities.
Part 4: 列出自己專長、擅長工具、語言能力等等。若是怕不夠說服人,可以加上一些個人特質,如 “ Strong willingness to learn” 並簡單列出原因。
SKILLS
Languages: French (intermediate/conversational level), English (Upper- intermediate)
Computing: competency in all Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint; also familiar with Adobe Photoshop.
Strong willingness to learn: registered for English courses and attended weekly workshops and lectures to improve employability.
Part5: 個人興趣等次要資訊,這部分切記不要占太大版面,簡單列出幾項自己的愛好讓公司更了解你即可。
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Travel: have travelled across Australia and New Zealand with a group of four last summer; learned to be adaptable and flexible and increased cultural awareness.
Music: classical music and jazz in particular, took relevant classes.
Part 6: 如果能附上推薦人是最理想的,可詢問前公司主管、老闆、教授或是相關領域的知名人物是否能願意當你的推薦人,若是,可在履歷最後面放上他們的聯絡資訊,切忌許多公司會真的致電確認,所以千萬不可給假資訊,電子信箱則建議附上工作信箱而非私人信箱。

相信看完以上範例後,我們可以觀察到幾個要點:
- 以陳述事實為主,敘述時可省略「主詞」如I。
- 條列式列出個人條件,小標題可用粗體強調,但避免斜體字或底線,以免讓排版看起來太亂。
- 字型選擇以正式為主,避免可愛風或不正式的字體,顏色也以黑色最為保守,切記字型和字體大小都要統一。
- 最理想的履歷長度為A4兩頁滿,行距可自行調整(通常為1或1.5),以整體看起來整齊舒服為主。
