【職場英文】避免使用十大句型，擺脫To be honest、I think、I’ll try等用句，成為英文職場溝通達人！
在職場上溝通很重要，最好要保持溝通的專業性和積極性，避免使用可能讓人感到猶豫或不確定的用語。此外，也不要過於直接，比如：To be honest,... 這種用語，通常會帶出令人難堪的話語，是溝通上的大忌。今天我們就來探討哪些用語不太適合在職場使用，又可以改成什麼說法呢？
1.
避免使用："I think" 或 "I believe" 替換為更堅定的表達方式。
替代為："I am confident that..." 或 "In my opinion,..."
2.
避免使用："Maybe" 或 "I’m not sure" 用更確定的措辭。
替代為："I will confirm" 或 "I’ll find out and let you know."
3.
避免使用："It’s not my fault" 或 "I can’t do that" 嘗試轉向積極表達。
替代為： "I’ll find a solution" 或 "I can explore alternative options."
4.
避免使用："This may be a stupid question, but..." 避免自我貶低，直接提問問題即可。
替代為："I have a question about..." 或 "Can you provide clarification on..." 或 "I would like more information about..."
5.
避免使用："I’ll try" 替換為更具承諾性的表達。
替代為：如 "I will" 或 "I can."
6.
避免使用："I can’t" 嘗試用更積極的表達方式。
替代為： "I will need support with" 或 "I’ll need more time to."
7.
避免使用："That’s not my job" 更具合作意識的表達。
替代為： "I can help with this aspect, and perhaps we can delegate the rest" 或 "Let me check if someone else is better suited for that."
8.
避免使用："I hate to be a bother, but..." 使用更正式且直接的表達，
替代為： "I have a question about..." 或 "Can we discuss..."
9.
避免使用："This will only take a minute" 當事實可能不符時，避免過度樂觀的時間估計。
替代為：This should be a quick task.
10.
避免使用："I don’t have time" 過於不禮貌。
替代為："I have a prior commitment, but I can make time for this later" 或 "Let’s find a suitable time to discuss this."
