1.商品貨況：stock為不可數名詞，指的是商店裡商品的庫存或存貨
💡in stock：有庫存
💡out of stock：缺貨
💡sold out：銷售一空的、賣光的
2.運送方式：delivery為名詞，投遞、運送的意思
💡cash on delivery（COD）：貨到付款，也可以用collect on delivery、pay on delivery
💡in-store pickup：到店取貨
💡standard delivery：標準運送
💡express delivery：快速到貨
3.結帳：
💡add to cart：加入購物車
💡add to wishlist：加入願望清單
💡proceed to checkout：結帳
4.退貨、換貨：
💡return：退貨（動詞、名詞）
💡exchange：換貨（動詞、名詞）
💡refund：退款（動詞、名詞）；作名詞用時，重音在第一音節，作動詞用時，重音在第二音節

Barbara is 75 years old. She is on the phone with a customer service representative of an online shopping center.
Barbara: Hello, I’d like to buy one of your dresses on your website. But this is my first time shopping online. Can you walk me through the process?
Rep.: No problem. Which dress would you like to buy?
Barbara: I’d like to buy this red long-sleeved dress with black floral print. It’s so pretty.
Rep.: Well, I need a reference number to check if the dress is in stock. It’s at the bottom of the photo.
Barbara: Oh, I got it. It’s 55039400.
Rep.: I’m sorry, but the dress you wanted is out of stock.
Barbara: I guess I’ll pick another.
Rep.: Sure. Once you decide which dress you want, press the “add to cart” button. Then, when you are ready to place an order, press the “proceed to checkout” button.
Barbara: OK. That sounds easy. Is cash on delivery available?
Rep.: No, we only accept credit card as the payment method.
Barbara: All right, I’ll pay by credit card then. One last question. What if the dress doesn’t fit me after I receive it?
Rep.: You can return or exchange your products. If you opt for a return, we will refund your money. The refund process takes about 5 to 7 business days.
