英文裡關於「看」的字百百種，什麼時機場合用到哪個動詞總是讓人暈頭轉向，今天就來為你破解三劍客「Look、Watch、See」，教你到底要怎麼「看」才是正確的！
✏️ Look -
Look所形容的看，有集中目光注視的意思，為不及物動詞，所以後面通常會加一個『介係詞 at』來指明去看什麼東西。
☞ Please don’t look at me when I’m changing my clothes. - 我在換衣服時請不要看著我。
❖ look 延伸出相當多片語：
・look forward to 期待
・look for 尋找
・look after 照顧
・look into 調查
☞ My sister is looking for a babysitter to look after her child when she is at work. - 我姐姐正在找一個保姆照顧她的小孩。
☞ I am really looking forward to the field trip tomorrow. - 我真的很期待明天的校外教學。
✏️ Watch -
這指的是長時間的觀看、在供觀賞的裝置上看，如看電視、看球賽等等，也有注視、監視、看照、留神的意思。
☞ Let’s watch a film on Netflix tonight. - 我們今晚在Netflix上看部電影吧。
☞ The teacher keeps a close watch on some students in the class. - 老師密切關注班上的一些學生。
☞ Watch your language! - 注意你的措辭！
✏️ See -
這是指最常見的看見，視力所及的看見，為及物動詞，後面直接加上所見的物品等等；後來也有明白、知道的意思。
☞ Did you see a lady in white standing by the window? - 你有看到站在窗邊一身白色的女士嗎？
❖ 要注意see跟watch兩者所強調的「看」的內容並不同，前者強調的是「有沒有看過」，後者則強調「長時間觀看的過程」，來看一些例子。
☞ Did you watch the final episode of the series last night?
☞ Did you see the final episode of the series last night?
兩者都是「你昨晚有看那部影集的大完結嗎？」，但watch所強調的是長時間看整集，而see則只是單純問有沒有看而已，要注意一下細微的差異。
再來看一個例子：
☞ Let’s stay home and watch a movie. 我們待在家看部電影吧。
☞ Let’s go see a movie this afternoon. 下午我們來去看電影。
第一句是坐下來好好在電視或電腦上觀賞一部電影，第二句則是單純的去「看」電影。那麼，希望下次大家碰到「看」的三劍客可以馬上使用正確！
