618即將來臨，先認識「瘋狂購物」的英文有哪些說法？
你喜歡購物、買東西嗎？當你工作壓力大、心情低落的時候，是否會靠著retail therapy（購物療法）來排解壓力呢？這樣血拼的行為，偶一為之當然無傷大雅，但如果變成習慣，血拼不只沒有實際的治療效果，還會讓你的荷包大失血呢！今天跟著Funday一起來學習有關購物的詞彙吧。
想要表示大血拼、瘋狂購物，可以用shopping spree或shopping frenzy。spree通常指「過分的玩樂、短暫地放縱」等行為，frenzy則是指「不受控制和興奮的行為或情緒」。
Fiona went on a shopping spree and bought a new wardrobe, including dresses, shoes, and accessories.
費歐娜去大血拼，添購了新行頭，包括洋裝、鞋子和飾品。
After receiving his bonus, Mark was in a state of shopping spree, visiting many stores to satisfy his desire for a new cellphone and designer clothes.
收到獎金後，馬克進入了瘋狂購物的狀態，逛了多家商店來滿足他對新手機和名牌服裝的渴望。
另外還有一種能夠傳神地表達血拼的說法，就是binge shopping。binge當動詞時，是指「大吃大喝」，例如：I like to binge on potato chips when I am watching TV.（看電視時，我喜歡狂吃洋芋片），當名詞時，則表示「無節制的狂熱行為」，常會和drinking或eating連用。例如：
At the party, some students engaged in binge drinking, leading to hangovers the next morning.
在派對上，有些學生狂喝酒，導致第二天早上宿醉。
Josh was unable to resist the allure of the clearance sales, so he went on a binge shopping, filling his cart with electronics and clothes.
喬許無法抗拒清倉大拍賣的誘惑，所以他開始瘋狂購物，將購物車塞滿了電子產品和衣服。
最後，再跟大家補充兩個詞彙。一個是動詞splurge，意思是「揮霍金錢、亂花錢」，通常會用splurge on something來表示在某事物上花大錢；另一個字彙是impulsive buying，impulsive是「衝動的」，因此impulsive buying指的是「衝動購物」，表示在衝動之下買了不太需要的東西。
Even though Kelly had a tight budget, she couldn’t resist the temptation of impulsive buying when she saw the latest handbag on display.
雖然凱莉的預算很緊，但是看到展示最新款的手提包時，她還是無法抵抗衝動購物的誘惑。
