※ 實用句型：

Ⅱ. 血拼實用對話

逛街時，比較熱情的店員會過來詢問：「How may I help you? 」 ，或 「Are you alright there? 」 ，意思是「有什麼是我可以幫得上忙的嗎？」。如果你只是想自己一個人隨便看看，你可以回答：「It’s ok. I am just looking around. 」（ 沒關係，我只是逛逛看看而已）。如果需要對方幫忙的時候，就可以參考以下的句子：

‧ I’ m looking for a down jacket.  
我在找一件羽絨外套。

‧ Can I see that bag please?  
我可以看看那個包包嗎？

‧ Can I try it on?
我可以試穿嗎？

‧ Can you tell me where the fitting/changing room is? 
可以告訴我更衣室在哪裡嗎？

‧ Do you have it in a bigger/smaller size? 
這件衣服有比較大/小的尺碼嗎？

‧ Do you have this in extra small/small/medium/extra large (size)?
這件衣服有XS/S/M/XL號的嗎？

‧ Do you have this in red/a different color?
這件衣服有沒有紅色/別的顏色？

‧ This pair of pants is too tight/loose for me. 
這條褲子對我而言太緊/太鬆了。

‧ Do you have alteration services?
你們有提供修改服務嗎？

‧ How much is the shirt for? 
這件襯衫多少錢？

‧ Is it on sale? 
這件衣服有特價嗎？

‧ Is it the sale price?
這是特價之後的價格嗎？

‧ I’ll take it.
我要買這件。

‧ Will you be having a sale soon?
你們很快就會有特價嗎？

‧ When will you start selling your new collection?
你們什麼時候開始賣新款（新一季的衣服）？

Ⅲ. 想退貨的時候該怎麼說？

Customer: I’d like to return this please.
顧客：我想要退這個。

Cashier: Do you have the receipt?
收銀員：您有收據嗎？

Customer: Yes.
顧客：有的。

Cashier: Would you like to choose something else?
收銀員：您想要換別的商品嗎？

Customer: No, can I have a refund please?
顧客：不，請問我可以退款嗎？

Cashier: Here you are.
收銀員：這是您的退款。

Customer: Thank you.
