Lucas: Hey Scarlett, have you seen people riding YouBike 2.0E up the mountains?

Scarlett: The city government says YouBikes are for short rides, not long trips. They don’t want people to ride for too long because others need the bikes for commuting.
史嘉蕾：市政府說YouBike只適合短程騎乘，不適合騎長途。他們不希望大家騎太遠，因為其他人需要用這些車通勤。

Lucas: Oh, I see. Those e-bikes are supposed to help people who need a little extra support, like seniors or people biking on hills, not for long-distance rides.

Scarlett: Exactly. If you ride too long, the rate goes up quickly. Some people rode for more than seven hours!
