Richard and Betty are senior managers of a Taiwanese company. They are having a conversation.

Richard: Hey Betty, have you noticed how hard it is to work with the new guys we hired?

Betty: Maybe we should change the work schedule. They don’t want to work the usual 9 to 5, five days a week.

Richard: Hmm, that’s an excellent idea. We need to figure out what works for everyone. Working with these young kids isn’t easy, but we can’t ignore them. They’ll be a big part of our company in the future.
