The UK has recently finished a trial program to test whether a four-day workweek could work.

The results were positive, with almost all of the companies that took part saying that their workers performed their jobs just as well as before, and that they were happier and healthier.

Of the 61 companies that participated in the program, 56 decided to continue with the four-day workweek, with 18 of them making it their permanent work schedule.
