US president Donald Trump has canceled the in-person G7 summit slated for June at Camp David because of the coronavirus pandemic and will hold a video conference instead, the White House said on Thursday.
美國白宮上周四宣布，因應新冠病毒大流行，川普已取消原訂6月於馬里蘭州大衛營舉辦的七大工業國集團（G7）高峰會，改由視訊會議的方式進行。

White House spokesman Judd Deere said jettisoning the in-person G7 meeting was done “in order for each country to focus all of its resources on responding to the health and economic challenges of COVID-19.”
