These issues, though frustrating as they may be for those of you who aren’t particularly “tech savvy,” can usually be solved with a little bit of troubleshooting.

If you are experiencing some technical difficulties, please go through these steps to diagnose the problem, and hopefully solve it quickly.

Step 1: Determine the specific problem.

The key to solving any problem is first determining what it is.

Step 3: Attempt a fix based on findings.

Otherwise, a simple solution that can work for many problems is simply restarting the device.

If you are still not able to fix the problem after troubleshooting, send an email to the IT Department with all the details attached, including screenshots.
