違反法國數據保護法
The CNIL, a French data protection watchdog, issued a 5-million-euro fine to TikTok UK and TikTok Ireland on January 12 for their cookie policies.
1月12日，法國資料保護監管機構CNIL因英國和愛爾蘭抖音的cookie政策而對他們祭出500萬歐元的罰款。

According to the CNIL, the main grounds for the fine were twofold: users could not refuse cookies, or “online trackers,” as easily as accepting them, and users were not properly informed of the different purposes of the website’s cookies.
CNIL指出，罰款的主要原因有兩項：用戶無法像輕易接受cookie一樣拒絕cookie追蹤，cookie也就是「網路追蹤器」，使用者也未被妥善告知網站cookie的不同用途。

Under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (FDPA), all internet users are entitled to the “freedom of consent,” meaning that they should be offered equally simple choices to either “accept all” or “reject all” cookies when accessing a website.
根據法國數據保護法第82條，所有網路使用者都有權享有「同意的自由」，意味著他們讀取網頁時應能同樣容易地選擇「接受全部」或是「拒絕全部」cookie。

Additionally, the law also stipulates that all sites must display the objectives of their cookies “in a sufficiently precise manner.”
