There has been global chaos caused by a series of man-made disasters over the past five years. China’s Belt and Road initiative ended in failure. The end to the battle against COVID-19 is nowhere in sight. Inflation looks like it is here to stay. The US has raised its interest rates. Supply chains have been disrupted. The Russia-Ukraine war is still ongoing. China’s Zero-COVID policy is raising concerns.
