If you are a Taiwanese and you were born post 90s, you might not know “Wei Er Kang”.
台灣的8、9年級生恐怕沒人知道「衛爾康」。
In 1995, the second most serious fire accident occurred in Taichung, Taiwan: A huge fire broke out in the restaurant Wei Er Kang; it took sixty-four lives and left eleven people injured.
1995年,西餐廳衛爾康發生大火,導致 64死11傷。是台灣史上第二嚴重的火災事故。
