The shop quickly generated buzz months before even opening. Despite all the hype, its owners, Alain and Sherry, have kept themselves grounded. “We spend a lot of time trying and tasting different recipes, hoping to come up with new desserts that appeal to our customers.” While customers are busily enjoying the delicacies, there is little rest for the pastry chef, who has to return to the kitchen every day, working long hours on complicated desserts.

Eating dessert is a custom for the French and Binôme Dessert hopes that more neighbors and regular customers continue to come out to taste their classic desserts served on porcelain plates.
