特斯拉進攻中國 傳敲定上海設廠
Electric car maker Tesla Inc. is close to finalizing a deal with the Chinese government to set up its own factory in Shanghai’s free trade zone, according to the Wall Street Journal.
《華爾街日報》消息指出，電動車製造商特斯拉近期將與中國政府達成協議，在上海自由貿易區設廠。

The deal comes as China is implementing new incentives for EV adoption and pushing automakers onto more aggressive EV investment and production schedules.

The Silicon Valley automaker declined to comment on the report that a deal has been reached, but reaffirmed its previous statement in June that it wanted to “clearly define” its production plans in China by the end of the year.
