Steven saw Allison in the hallway outside the classroom. He called out to her.

Steven: The math exams have always been hard. You should think about the good grades you received. Don’t worry about one class.

Allison: I know. But I have put a lot of effort in math, so I had been hoping to get a good grade. This is upsetting to me.

Steven: You can’t be good in all classes. You are very talented in other subjects, such as English and science.

Allison: Yeah, you’ve made your point. How did you do in your math class?

Allison: I’m happy to know that. But I’m sad for myself again.
