I’m writing to inform you all that the company’s system will be upgraded at eight in the evening today.

The system will not be available until tomorrow morning, which means you won’t be able to log in to your account until then.
要到明天早上才會完成，也就是要到那時候才能登入公司的系統。
available(adj.)能取得的be able to do sth.能夠log in登入=log on、log out登出account(n.)帳號
Hopefully, the upgraded system will be in place without any errors or glitches.
我們希望這次系統更新可以一次到位，沒有發生任何錯誤故障。

Don’t forget to log out of your account and make a backup of any important files before clocking off.
