Lisa: Yes. And the rent raise cannot be too high. It must follow the rent index.

Lisa: Also, tenants could rent for three years.

David: Three years? That’s great! Moving every year is so tiring. My back still hurts from carrying my fridge.
大衛：三年？太棒了！每年都要搬家太累了。我背到現在還因為搬冰箱在痛。

Lisa: Some landlords may not like it, but for us, it would be good.

David: I agree. Renting in Taipei is not easy.
大衛：我同意。在台北租屋不容易。
Lisa: At least we can feel a little less worried if it becomes law.
麗莎：至少如果成為法律，我們可以少一點擔心。
