I hope this email finds you well. I am contacting you because I just experienced some problems while trying to place an order through your site.

After going through the entire ordering process, including entering my shipping address and other contact information, confirming my billing address, and entering my credit card information, I was unable to complete the purchase properly.

Each time I tried the final step of clicking on the “pay for my order” button, I was given an error from the cart that some technical problem was preventing my card from being charged.
