I am writing to inform you that the meeting we had planned for November 30, 2020, has to be postponed.

It is because the conference room where we were supposed to hold our meeting will not be available at that time.
因為原定舉行會議的會議室無法供本部門使用。

The meeting has been rescheduled for December 4, 2020, and will take place at 10:30 a.m. on that date.
會議已重新排定於2020年12月4日，並於當日的早上10:30舉行。
be rescheduled for...=重新排定於~;改至~;延至~take place舉行;舉辦=be held
A new venue for the rescheduled meeting will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.
新的會議地點將在確定後公布。
venue(n.)地點;會場announce(v.)公布as soon as=一...就...confirm(v.)確定;確認
Kindly be reminded that all administrative members are required to attend the meeting.
提醒您，行政部的全體職員都務必出席此次會議。
