It has come to our attention that several of the products we’ve received from your factory have been coming up short of standards.

This has also happened in the past, but we were able to tolerate it, as they were few, and relatively minor.

However, in recent months, we’ve seen the number of defective products increase significantly, including ones with more serious defects.

Minor defects: Removable dirt, dust, oil, or other contamination on items; colors that differ from the approved sample.

Major defects: Visible deformity, scratch, crack, or dent; missing instruction manual or power cord.
重大瑕疵：明顯變形、刮痕、破裂、凹痕等；遺失說明書與電源線

Critical defects: Accessible sharp edges; missing, damaged or dysfunctional components.
嚴重瑕疵：可觸及銳邊；零件遺失、毀損或功能不良

Our acceptable quality levels for each category of defect are as follows: 4.0 for minor defects, 2.5 for major defects, and zero for critical defects.
本公司對於各項瑕疵類別的合格品質水準如下：細微瑕疵為4.0、重大瑕疵為2.5、嚴重瑕疵為0。
In other words, for a batch of 200 products, we will only accept it if there are 14 or fewer minor defects and 10 or fewer major defects; we will reject the entire batch if there are any critical defects.
換言之，一批200入的貨品，本公司只允收少於14件細微瑕疵以及少於10件重大瑕疵的商品；若出現嚴重瑕疵則拒收整批貨品。

If the mentioned standards cannot be maintained, we will look for another factory to work with.
如無法維持上述標準，我們將轉而尋找其他廠商合作。
