Sally and Josh are coworkers. Sally can’t find her bank card and doesn’t know how to report it.

Sally: Josh, I seem to have misplaced my bank card yesterday. I can’t find it anywhere now.

Josh: Nope, but my sister did. You should just go on your bank’s website, find the customer service number and call them. If you don’t remember your card number, they can look up your account with some of your personal information to cancel the card.
