The Ministry of Finance started accepting online registration for one-time cash handouts of NT$6,000 on March 22.
台灣財政部自3月22日起開放線上登記領取一次性發放的六千元現金。
The payments can be claimed by four different groups: Taiwanese citizens, foreigners permanently living in Taiwan, foreigners married to Taiwanese citizens, and overseas government employees and their dependents with Taiwanese citizenship.
普發對象分為四類：台灣公民、永久居留台灣的外籍人士、台灣公民的外籍配偶、政府駐外人員及其台灣籍眷屬。
