
無法言喻的「冷暴力」
Bullying takes place more in the workplace than we can imagine, and the most common ways are: to yell or embarrass the victim, not acknowledge the efforts and ability of the person, emphasize the victim’s weak points, and trying to find reasons to not allow the person to take a day off, etc.
職場霸凌比我們想像的更常發生,明顯的形式有:對被霸凌者咆哮、侮辱;貶低被霸凌者的努力、能力;強調被霸凌者的缺點;找理由不讓被罷凌者請假等等。

The examples mentioned above are the most common ways of bullying, but it is often “Cold Violence” that is the most harmful to a victim.

It means that the bully compels others to not notice what is taking place, and makes the victim feel left out and uncomfortable while unable to really describe the situation.
冷暴力的意思是霸凌者聯合他人忽視被霸凌者,將被霸凌者排持在外,讓被霸凌者感到不自在,卻又說不清楚遇到什麼。
