1. The client lists used for telemarketing purposes must not be leaked. Those who violate this rule will be fired.

2. Please go out to greet the client as his/her vehicle enters the parking lot.

3. If the client is visiting for the first time, do not reveal the lowest price without first receiving approval from the supervisor.

4. All complimentary household appliances to be included in the sale must be clearly indicated in the contract.

5. The complimentary household appliances that are included must be checked off during the handover of the property, and a confirmation statement from the client must be submitted.

6. A supervisor of managerial level or above must be present during the contract signing and handover.

7. For each property, you must inform the client of the community management fee and management fund during contract signing, and you must note this in writing on the contract.
