The Presidential Office decided on September 23 to make President Tsai Ing-wen’s doctoral dissertation available for public review at the National Central Library. The move came amid recent allegations concerning her Ph.D. degree.
由於近期的「論文門」風波，總統府於9月23日決定，將在國家圖書館陳列蔡英文總統的博士論文，供大眾查閱。

At a press conference on September 23, Presidential Office spokesman Alex Huang displayed the original typewritten copy of Tsai’s dissertation that she submitted to the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in June of 1983.
