According to CNA, the Taipei District Court has ordered JKO FinTech — the parent company of Jkopay — to return NT$3.6 billion to Taisun Enterprise.
根據中央社報導，台北地方法院近日裁定，街口支付母公司——街口金融科技必須償還泰山企業新台幣36億元。
The case is linked to an investment deal from 2023, in which Taisun tried to purchase a 40% stake in JKO FinTech.
這起案件源於2023年泰山試圖購入街口金融四成股權的投資案。

However, the court ruled in May 2025 that the deal was invalid due to internal problems within Taisun.
