Philippine police have arrested a man in connection with the murder and dismemberment of a Canadian in New Taipei last month.

It is reported that the two men ambushed Ramgahan while he was walking his dog on the evening of August 22, before cutting off his head and limbs, putting them in plastic bags, and throwing them into the river.
