With the COVID situation improving and everyone returning to the office, management has decided that it’s time to update the company password policy.

The main changes are as follows:

1. All employees must use unique passwords for each account that they need to access.

2. Passwords are now required to be at least 12 characters long, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

3. All employees will need to change their passwords three times per year. We will notify you via email 30 days prior to the date that the changes must be completed.

4. On the first of next month, we will implement a two-factor authentication system, which will send you a code via SMS to be used as a second layer of security verification for safer login.
