It’s graduation month again, and at universities all over Taiwan more students than ever are getting ready to start working.
又到了畢業季,全台所有大專院校中,比起往常有更多學生準備好開始工作。
According to a survey by 1111 Job Bank, this year 92.42% of recent graduates will join the workforce, compared to 82.25% last year.
根據1111人力銀行的調查,相較於去年的82.25%,今年有92.94%的畢業生將加入勞動人口;

The report also found that 71.77% have already started looking for jobs and sending out their resumes.
該報告也發現有71.77%的畢業生已開始找工作並投遞履歷。

They’re expecting to earn NT$31,103 a month, more than NT$4,000 than the average salary for entry level jobs according to the Ministry of Labor.
他們期待待遇為一個月31,103元,比勞動部的入門工作平均薪資多了4,000元。

The search will be a short one. In fact, one in ten graduates will find a job before they graduate, while almost 60% will land a position within a month of graduation.
找工作也不會花太長的時間。事實上,一成的畢業生於畢業前將會找到工作,而將近六成也將於畢業後一個月內找到職務。

The job bank also found that only 6.78% will still be looking for work in three months’ time.
該人力銀行亦發現,只有6.78%的畢業生在畢業的三個月時間內依然在找工作。
As for salary expectations, the graduate is hoping to earn an average of NT$31,103 a month.
至於期望待遇,畢業生希望一個月賺到平均31,103元,

This is NT$1,162 lower than last year’s NT$32,265, but still higher than the average salary for recent graduates in Taiwan, NT$27,055.
比去年的32,265元低了1,162元,但依然高於台灣畢業生的平均薪資—27,055元。
