不符規定的物品

I’d like to let you know that, on Friday, August 7, the administrative support team will clean up the office fridges on the first and third floors.
在此告知總務部將於8月7日禮拜五清理一樓及三樓辦公室的冰箱。

All stored items should be labeled with the name of the owner, the department and the date.
根據公司規定，所有存放在冰箱的物品必須標示存放人的姓名、部門以及存放日期。

Any item that does not follow the abovementioned rule will be removed from the icebox immediately on the cleaning day.
清理日當天，任何不符上述規定的物品將會被立刻清除。

Also, may we remind you, please do not take anything from the fridge that doesn’t belong to you, as it’s considered theft.
此外，容我們提醒各位，請勿拿取冰箱中任何不是您的物品，這屬於偷竊行為。

We look forward to your cooperation and if you have any items already in the icebox that don’t comply with the rules, kindly fix the items as soon as possible before August 7.
