South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will hold their third summit sometime in September, representatives of the two countries announced on Monday.

Cho said he urged North Korea to speed up its nuclear talks with the US, while Ri Son Gwon, the head of the North Korean delegation, said that Pyongyang was making efforts to disarm.
