Since now is the time for making a New Year’s resolution for your health and happiness, we’re excited to announce our New Year, New You program starting at all of our gym locations.

In addition to offering a free consultation with one of our personal trainers to help you revise your current workout plan, by joining our new program, you’ll be invited to special monthly group fitness classes and other member events throughout the year for you to expand your social network while keeping your motivation level high!
