Free, high-quality and stable Wi-Fi is now available on 2,500 buses which are serving New Taipei City, Mayor Eric Chu said at a press conference.

Chu said that free Wi-Fi on buses has previously not been available in cities and counties across Taiwan.

Passengers can use the free service by connecting their electronic devices to the “New Taipei Bus Wi-Fi” wireless network, the city’s transportation department said.
