自行車停車新規則
Spencer and Sylvia are cyclists. They’re having a rest during a ride.

Spencer: Since January 1st this year, new rules for illegal parking of bicycles have been in place.

Spencer: Fees for displacement and custody are included in the towing fees. The fee for displacement is NT$100, and the custody fee is NT$25 for every 12 hours from the second hour of custody.
史賓賽：拖吊費包含移置費與保管費。移置費為新台幣100元，而保管費從保管的第二個小時算起，每12小時25元。
