新午休時間安排

I hope this email finds you well. As you may have noticed, the number of staff has reached more than 500, and therefore the administrative department would like to break the lunch break into three shifts.
收信好。各位或許已經注意到，公司的職員人數已經超過500人，因此管理部會將午餐時段分為三個梯次，
as(adv.)如同notice(v.)注意、發現staff(n.)全體員工(不可屬集合名詞)therefore(adv.)因此administrative department行政部門、庶務部門break A into B將A分開為Bshift(n.)梯次work in shifts
This is to ensure a quality break time for everyone.
讓全體同仁有更高品質的用餐時間。

Beginning October 1, colleagues who work on the first, second and third floor of the office building will take their lunch break from 11:45 to 12:45, while those on the fourth and fifth floor will have their break from 12:00 to 1:00.
自10月1日起，1樓至3樓同仁的午休時間為11：45至12：45；4樓及5樓同仁的時間為12：00至1：00，
office building辦公大樓take or have a break休息while(conj.)則是(用於比較兩者)
For those who work on the sixth and seventh floor, the designated lunch break time will be from 12:15 to 1:15.
而6樓及7樓的同仁則是12：15至1：15。

The administrative department will do its best to ensure that the cafeteria will have a sufficient amount and a variety of foods for each shift.
管理部會盡最大努力確保餐廳在每一梯次都提供充足的食物份量及選項。

Furthermore, the rotating schedule will switch every three months, which will give every employee more freedom to arrange their time.
