老闆轉佛心，員工好「薪」情
Nearly 80% of Taiwanese companies are planning to raise wages next year and more than 50% of the enterprises are optimistic about the business outlook in 2018, according to a survey released by YES123 job bank.
根據123求職網調查，近八成台灣企業明年有加薪計畫，且超過50％的企業對明年的營運展望感到樂觀。

According to the poll, 79.3% of responses suggested that employers are planning to raise wages in 2018.

Among them, 61% said the wage increases will be dependent on employees’ work performance, while 18.3% said that all of the employees’ salaries will be higher, irrespective of their performance.

The survey also shows that many employers are upbeat about the local economy, with 52.4% voicing confidence in their own businesses’ growth prospects next year.

The announcement of the survey comes at a time when the ruling Democratic Progressive Party is pushing through revisions to the labor law, which many workers believe will undermine labor rights and worsen working conditions.
