Jacob: Unlike stocks, mutual fund shares do not give its holders any voting rights. Also, a share of a mutual fund represents investments in many different stocks or other securities instead of just one holding.
雅各：不同於股票，共同基金持有人並沒有投票權。而且共同基金的份額代表的是許多不同股票或有價證券的投資，並非單獨的私人股份。

Jacob: Correct. The price of a mutual fund share is referred to as the net asset value and it is settled at the end of each trading day.
