According to amendments to the Regulations Governing the Product Names and Labeling of Chocolate, from next year, products containing fillings can be labeled “chocolate” only if they contain no less than 25% cocoa. They are required to bear the terms “with filling,” “processed,” or another equivalent added to the product name.
根據修正後的「巧克力之品名及標示規定」，從明年開始，含餡巧克力之標示規定，其巧克力含量至少達25％，並應於品名加標示「含餡」或「加工」或等同之字義。
