One week before the eagerly anticipated first edition of Michelin Guide Taipei, the publisher unveiled a “Bib Gourmand” list, recommending 36 eateries serving dishes ranging from local cuisine to celebrated street foods.
眾所期待的第一版「台北米其林指南」發行前一周，米其林公布了「必比登推介」美食名單，共推薦了36家餐廳，包含各式菜色，有本土料理，也有知名街頭小吃。

The Bib Gourmand is a distinction awarded to establishments offering a quality meal within a fixed price range, which stands at 36 euros (US$44.70), according to Michelin.
米其林指出，必比登推介是頒發給餐飲業者的一項殊榮，代表這些餐廳供應物超所值的美味佳餚，價格落在36歐元（44.7美元）之內。

The inaugural Bib Gourmand selection for Taipei includes 10 addresses located at the city’s well-known night markets.
有10項來自台北知名夜市的美食獲選進第一版的必比登台北美食推介。

Food stalls such as Fuzhou Black Pepper Bun from the Raohe Night Market as well as Shilin Night Market’s Hai You Pork Ribs were selected.

Five of the restaurants on the list serve Taiwanese cuisine, including Mao Yuan, Meili, My Stove, My Sweet Home Small Kitchen and Shuang Yue Food.

A total of eight eateries specializing in beef noodles earned the recognition of Michelin judges: Yong Kang Beef Noodles, Niu Dian Beef Noodles, Liu Shandong Beef Noodles, Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodles, Liao Beef Noodles, Lao Shandong Homemade Noodles and Jian Hong Beef Noodles.
總共有8家牛肉麵店獲得米其林評審的肯定：永康牛肉麵、牛店精燉牛肉麵、劉山東牛肉麵、林東芳牛肉麵、廖家牛肉麵、老山東牛肉家常麵店、建宏牛肉麵。

The announcement highlighted Hamamatsuya, which serve eels from local farms, and Taiwan’s first Sichuan vegetarian restaurant, Serenity.

Also on the list were branches of two Taiwan famous restaurant chains: the Xinyi store of restaurant Din Tai Fung, which served the internationally renowned xiaolongbao, or soup dumpling, as well as the Songshan outlet of Jiangzhe-style Dian Shui Lou.
