According to recent reports, Kai Tai Fung International Co. has struck a deal with Hong Kong-Canadian billionaire Calvin Lo over luxury hotel Mandarin Oriental Taipei.
最近有報導指出，開泰豐國際股份有限公司與加拿大籍香港富商盧啟賢達成協議，將由盧啟賢收購開泰豐旗下的高級飯店台北文華東方酒店。

Lo is reported to have purchased the five-star hotel for NT$38.5 billion. The sale was described as Kai Tai Fung’s attempt to cash out after China’s travel ban presumably sent its profit margins plummeting.
