Wendy is looking for a new roommate to share the rent. She is meeting Henry, who is interested in her two-bedroom apartment.

Henry: I usually get up early because I like to work out before I go to work.

Wendy: Great! I’m an early bird as well. I like to read a bit in the early morning. By the way, are you an outgoing person? How often would you plan to have friends over?

Wendy: I do host a few parties a year, but I’ll keep everything tidy and in good order after the party.

Henry: Sounds fine to me.
