Leo just got back from his working holiday in Australia, and he is talking to Mei.

Mei: Hi Leo! Welcome back to Taiwan. I missed you! How was your life in Australia?
梅：嗨，里歐！歡迎回到台灣。我想死你了！你在澳洲的生活過得怎麼樣？

Leo: I think it is the shopping hours. In Taiwan, we can go to the mall at 9:00 p.m., but in Australia, most shops close at 5:00 p.m.!
里歐：我覺得是營業時間。在台灣，我們晚上九點還能去百貨公司，但在澳洲，大部份店家五點就關門了！

Mei: That sounds a bit inconvenient. I love shopping at night. What do people do in the evening?

Leo: People usually go home to cook dinner and spend time with their families. Life is much slower there.

Mei: That’s so sweet. It’s good to spend time with family. But what about the food? Do you miss Taiwanese food?
梅：那很溫馨耶。跟家人相處是很棒的事。但食物呢？你會想念台灣美食嗎？

Leo: Yes, I really miss night markets! In Australia, there aren’t many places to eat late at night.

Mei: I agree! Night markets are the best. But I heard the coffee in Australia is amazing!
梅：我同意！夜市是最棒的。但我聽說澳洲的咖啡超級讚！
Leo: It is! Everyone loves drinking coffee in the morning.
里歐：沒錯！大家早上都愛喝咖啡。
Mei: That sounds nice. Was it hard to travel around? Is the transportation different too?
梅：聽起來很不錯。那在那邊移動會很難嗎？交通方面也有差異嗎？

Leo: Definitely. In Taiwan, the MRT is very convenient. In Australia, I need a car because the cities are very spread out.

Mei: Wow, you are so brave to drive in a new country! It sounds like a big change. Which lifestyle do you prefer?
