Chinese technology giant Lenovo says that it is planning an overhaul after a disastrous fiscal year.

The Beijing-based company reported a 69% decline in profit in its fourth quarter, as well as quarterly profits of US$33 million, down from US$107 million in the same quarter last year.

The company pointed out that revenue in the fourth quarter was up 11% year-on-year to US$10.6 billion, the first double-digit increase in more than two years.
