Lee shared on social media that his experience as an athlete and coach helps him understand the challenges and hard work of players, coaches, and sports professionals.
李洋在社群媒體上表示，他作為運動員和教練的經驗，讓他了解選手、教練與運動從業人員的辛苦與努力。

“I will turn my experience into concrete actions to create policies that really support grassroots sports and meet real needs,” he said.

Lee admitted that he needs to quickly learn administrative work but believes that with a professional team and good governance, the sports department can make real change, not just ideas on paper.

He also announced six key visions for Taiwan’s sports: promoting sports for all, integrating resources to strengthen competitive sports, encouraging international competitions and exchanges, supporting the sports industry, practicing sustainability and diversity, and investing in children, teenagers, and grassroots training.
他還提出台灣運動的六大願景：落實全民運動、整合資源強化競技發展、推動國際賽事與交流、支持運動產業、實踐永續與多元價值，以及投入兒童、青少年與基層培育。

Lee added, “I know it won’t be easy, but I believe in facing challenges because I have all of you behind me.”
