I’m writing to let you know that I’ll take a six-month leave without pay starting September 1. The reason is that my mom had a stroke and I need to take care of her.
在此告知各位自9月1日起我將請半年的留職停薪,回家照顧中風的母親。

I’ll hand over part of my job to senior manager Jason Chin, who will be in charge of the sales in the Southeastern Asia market, and to deputy manager Angela Feng, who will oversee the sales in Taiwan.
