Daniel: I heard they sold out before noon! The shop owner even had to close the door early.

Winnie: That’s true. The owners are a Japanese man and his Taiwanese wife. They lived in Japan for over 30 years.

Daniel: Wow, and they came back to Taiwan just to open the shop?
丹尼爾：哇，他們是為了開這家店才回台灣喔？
Winnie: Yes. But now they have a problem with the landlord. There’s a court case, so they might not move yet.
溫妮：對啊。不過他們現在跟房東有糾紛，正在打官司，所以暫時不會搬走。
